3 Sub-divisions In 1 Department?

Yups, that’s us! Education Department of the Student English Forum (SEF). We have 3 sub-divisions in this department. First, we have The Curriculum Division. They work on developing the SMIG (Syllabus, Module, Instructor Guidance) for TOEFL and SEF Class. Second, we have rhe Human Resource Division. HR handles work programs related to instructor selection, organizer class, teaching upgrading, and instructor meeting. Lastly, we have the Administrative Division. Admin is responsible for managing students recruitment data, schedules, as well as archiving and recapping instructor salary records.

Did you know that all SEF Organizers have an opportunity to become instructors at TOEFL Class, SEF Class, and also Private Class? Yes, exactly! You're not only getting teaching experiences, but you also get paid for it! The HR of Education Department is responsible for conducting the whole instructor selection process, from recruitment all the way to microteaching. Don’t worry if you don’t have any teaching experience yet, because there will be teaching upgrading sessions to help you to improve your teaching skills!

Hi guys this is us, educ peeps! We bring together people from all kinds of majors, faculties, and walks of life. Our main role is to drive SEF’s English teaching activities while creating and hosting various programs that address the needs of both our instructors and external audiences. Despite our different divisions and distinct roles, our department meetings are where we all gather and stay connected as one team.
